Undokai!

One of our favorite annual events where our students, teachers and parents come together in the spirit of good sportsmanship and team comradery. The students' excitement and joy are always infectious! We love putting on Undokai for our students.

For those that are unfamiliar with traditional Japanese Undokai, “Undokai” is Japanese for sports festival. Sports festivals are held annually throughout Japan in public schools as part of the curriculum and are a tradition dating back more than a century.

SACBC Japanese Language School hosts Undokai every November. Come out and partake in our school spirit, donuts and laughter of students, teachers and parents!
